IT and security for firms that hold their clients' most sensitive information
Law, accounting and tax, engineering and financial services firms. We keep your systems running, client files where they belong, and your answers ready when an insurer or a client asks how you protect their information.
We support Tampa Bay law, accounting and financial firms, so we know what a deadline week looks like when a system goes down.
What we hear from firms
Client files pasted into free AI tools
Someone drops a contract, a return or a drawing into a free AI chat to save an hour. Your client never agreed to that.
Security questionnaires from insurers and clients
Your cyber insurer and your larger clients ask how you protect their information, and the answers decide your renewal or the engagement.
A written security plan that's out of date
Tax and accounting firms fall under the FTC Safeguards Rule, which expects a written information security program. Many firms have an old one, or none.
Staff working from home and on the road
Partners and staff work from home offices, client sites and their phones, on networks and devices you don't control.
Deadlines that can't wait for IT
A locked mailbox or a dead laptop the week of a filing deadline or a closing costs far more than the repair.
What we do
Managed IT and security first, from a local team that has kept Tampa Bay businesses running since 2005.
A help desk your firm actually uses
One number for partners and staff, answered by a Tampa Bay team that knows your systems and your busy seasons.
Client files kept where they belong
Document storage and sharing set up so client files stay in your systems, with access that matches who works on each matter or engagement.
Accounts and email locked down
Multi-factor sign-in for everyone, phishing filtering, encrypted email for sensitive documents, and access that ends the day someone leaves.
Laptops and phones under control
Company laptops encrypted, updated and accounted for; firm email and files on personal phones kept separate and removable.
Backups you've actually tested
Email, files and the applications you run on, backed up and test-restored on a schedule.
AI, used safely
AI can take real hours out of drafting, research summaries and document review, as long as client information goes only into tools on firm accounts that don't train on your data. We set those tools up and write down what may and may not go into them.

AI guide or policy template
Accounting, tax and financial firms get the Firm Owner's Guide to AI: what AI can do in a firm like yours, how it fits with the FTC Safeguards Rule, and five questions to ask before you buy any AI tool. Law, engineering and other firms get our AI Acceptable Use Policy Template, ready to edit.
Questions we get
Do you replace our practice management, tax or accounting software?
No. We keep the computers, accounts, network and security around it running and protected. Your software vendor still supports the software itself.
Does the FTC Safeguards Rule apply to our firm?
It applies to many tax preparers, accountants and financial firms. Your attorney or compliance advisor can confirm it for your firm. If it applies, we help you put the technical safeguards in place and document them in your written information security program.
Can our people work from home safely?
Yes. We set up laptops, sign-in and file access so working from home or a client site is as protected as working in the office.
Will the assessment help with our cyber-insurance renewal and client questionnaires?
That's what it's built for: you get evidence for each question and a list of what to fix first. The insurer and your clients still make their own decisions.
How big does our firm need to be?
We usually work with firms where 15 or more people use a computer or phone for work. Smaller than that? Talk to us anyway, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
