Keep the office running and the production floor protected
IT and security for Tampa Bay manufacturers, machine and mill shops, and industrial distributors. A problem that starts in the office shouldn't be able to stop your machines.
We support Tampa Bay mill and millwork shops, so we think in machine hours and delivery dates, not just tickets.
What we hear from shops and manufacturers
Downtime you can price by the hour
You know what an hour of a stopped line costs you. The harder question is how many hours it would take to get back if the office network went down tomorrow.
Office and floor on one network
When accounting and the machines share a network, anything that gets into an office computer can reach the production floor.
Vendors connecting to your machines
Machine builders and integrators dial in for support with whatever tool they brought, often installed for good and watched by nobody.
Program files on one PC
G-code, tool libraries and machine parameters often live on a single shop-floor computer with no backup. Losing them hurts more than losing email.
Insurance and customer questionnaires
Your cyber insurer and your bigger customers send security questionnaires, and the answers decide your renewal or the next contract.
What we do
Managed IT and security first, from a local team that has kept Tampa Bay businesses running since 2005.
A wall between the office and the floor
Network segmentation and firewall rules that control what crosses between business systems and production, in both directions.
Vendor access you control
Remote access for machine vendors that is brokered, logged and time-limited, instead of permanent connections nobody watches.
Backups of what runs the machines
Program and configuration files, CAD/CAM data and your business systems backed up and test-restored on a schedule.
Monitoring and updates on the IT side
Monitoring, alerting and patching for office systems and the Windows computers that run your engineering workstations, where your machine vendor allows it.
Accounts, ERP and CAD/CAM access
Multi-factor sign-in, individual logins, and access to your ERP and CAD/CAM systems that ends the day someone leaves.
AI, used safely
Quoting, scheduling and job tracking are where AI can save a shop real time. First, your drawings, specs and customer files need rules: we set up approved AI tools on company accounts and write down what may go into them, including customer data covered by an NDA.
We secure the perimeter around your production systems. We don't program or service PLCs, HMI applications, SCADA or DCS, or anything else inside the control network; that work stays with your machine vendors and control-systems specialists.

AI Acceptable Use Policy Template
A ready-to-edit policy for how your team uses AI tools: which tools are approved, what information may go into them, and what to do when something goes wrong. It includes a section for drawings, specs and NDA-covered customer data. Word format; plan on about an hour to fill it in.
Questions we get
Do you program or service PLCs, HMIs or SCADA?
No. We don't touch anything inside the control network. We secure what surrounds it: the network boundary, vendor remote access, and backups of your program and configuration files. Control-system work stays with your machine vendors and specialists, and we work alongside them.
Will the assessment interrupt production?
No. We review from the IT side and walk the floor with you. Nothing is taken out of service to test it.
Do you work with distributors and wholesalers?
Yes. Industrial distributors and wholesalers have the same mix of office systems, warehouse devices, customer data and vendor access.
Our customers do defense work. Can you help with their security requirements?
Yes. We help you answer customer security questionnaires and prepare the evidence behind a self-assessment. We don't certify anyone; certification comes from an authorized third party.
How big does our company need to be?
We usually work with companies where 15 or more people use a computer or phone for work, in the office or on the floor. Smaller than that? Talk to us anyway, and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
